is there a certain way of training that you have to get to get real big nice lean muscles is there anything you take to help you? any adivce would be nice i'd say im pretty toned i feel like i need some more work though espically weight wise im trying to loose weight in my stomache but i just don't know how to loose the gut i have now it sucks but im use to it now.I just want to look better then i do now.
