Do women complain about the lack of men approaching them?

I'm just wondering as a guy. How often do women complain about the lack of men approaching them? I know women expect men to do all the work and put up with the drama and endless rejections. I know we're capable because we are superior but damn, there's a line too. Plus women are extremely picky, women should admit they dont want a guy to approach them, they want "hot guys" to approach them. Women should at least have the confidence to admit that much.
