On microgynon 30 for 9 months ?

I have been on the "microgynon 30 " pill for about 9 months. But today I have had some blood (an extremely small amount but enough to notice ) and I had my last period 2 weeks ago. I read in the information pack that spotting normally occurs during the first few months of taking the pill but I have been using it for quite a while and am not sure of the reason for the blood, does it sound like spotting? Also I have had bad stomache cramps and nausea over a few days but am not due my period for another 10 days? Also I am 17. Please help?
