Is a 200 calorie diet ok?

okay so my friend is trying to loose weight the UNHEALTHY WAY. she isnt eating enough. for ex. she had an apple for breakfast, a half a cup of pasta salad with many veggies and 2 pieces of watermelon. IN ONE DAY. whats going o happen? is her stomache gonna shrink, cause shes still eating. HELP!
