***SURVEY: Has an old person ever insulted you?

I was sitting in a train and an apparently 'reserved' seat and and elderly man strolled through the doors, LIFTED me off the chair, yes HE PICKED ME UP (I was like 11 then) and sat down. So. Damn. Embarrassing.
