Too soon to ask her out?

There's this girl that cut my hair a few weeks ago that I was thinking about asking out. I'm very attracted to her and she seems really cool. Id say she's outta my leauge but that's just my lack of self confidence interfering. I've only talked to her the one time but it seemed to go well. I wasn't shy and conversation was good. We talked about how i just moved to the area and about her classes shes taking in school. (Due to recent events and lack of work im looking into attending the same school). I'm due for another cut in id say a week or two so I really wanna ask her out. Think I should go for it? Also what would be a clever way to ask? I don't think they take appointments so I may have to find out when she works and/or specifically ask for her.
