I have no self confidence, please help, it's ruining my life!:(?

I'm 13 and I was bullied throughout my school life and I moved school about seven months ago, i love it where I am but the bullies knocked all of my confidence out of me, when I'm involved in social situations I go bright red and get all panicy, it's as if I feel everyone is watching me and laughing at me...:( and all I want to do in life is singing and acting! I hate everything about me and I don't know what to do with myself anymore, there's not anyone I know that I can relate to so please help?!
