Early symptom of pregnancy?

me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex for the first time exactly a week ago. he didn't *** inside me but we're still worried about pre-***. i took a pregnancy test and it says i'm not pregnant but i took that a few days ago so the results aren't even accurate since its too early. the only weird things i've been feeling lately is my stomache keeps on growling even if i just ate. i dont know if this is an early symptom of pregnancy but i would like to know if i am pregnant or not.
