Could this harm my baby?? Is he or she okay?

First of all I woke up this morning and found myself sleepin on my stomache! I'm 3 months pregnant. I had alittle sore pain on my side, I got that from sqauttin on the toilet, well when I sneezed that pain hurt really bad like somone sliced me with a knife! But now it dont hurt, Im just worried. Should I call my doc is my baby ok?
